The Acer Iconia Tab A200 suits those looking for an economically priced device. This Honeycomb Android tablet has solid build and a rubber-like backside that sticks well on the hand, weighting at 1.5 lbs.. It’s packed with a dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 CPU and 1 GB of RAM, and 8/16 GB of internal storage. For better overall performance, it’s OS is upgradable to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS).

The Acer Iconia Tab A200 has a 10.1-inch WXGA / 1280 x 800 pixel display. The clear and subtle color scheme of its LCD touchcreen is likeable and able to show high definition image, but viewing angel is deemed limited. It comes only with a 2 MP front-facing camera. Starting the device you’ll be greeted with the Acer Ring – a nice accent with shortcut functionality. Standard functions include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity, USB and micro-USB ports, and 3260 mAh battery.

Setting up Acer Iconia Tab A200

To turn on your tablet, press and hold the power button for two seconds. You will then be asked some questions before you can use your tablet. To start, tap to select your language and country, then tap Start. Follow the rest of the instructions as they are displayed.

During the start-up process, you may create or sign in to an account, which will be used to synchronize your contact list, email, calendar and other information. If you do not yet have Internet access, or do not want to use this feature, then tap Skip.

    Hello,I was wondering if there is a way you could e-mail the user manual and whatever other instruction manuals to my above e-mail address.I am deployed in Afghanistan right now,I bought the Acer A200 the night before I left and the military doesn’t want us to download stuff using their computers.Please let me know asap.It’s very frustrating trying to figure this thing out when it just makes more sense to have a book with the computer.Thank you.

    I just purchased a used ACER A200 from my daughter. She can not remember with the lock pattern is or her password. I have reset and everything else. Nothing is work for me.
