To remove/install the 2003 Honda Element Fog Lights, do the following:

1. Make sure you have the anti-theft code for the radio, then write down the frequencies for the preset buttons.
2. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
3. Open the hood and remove the radiator cover (five clips).
4. Remove the front bumper (seven clips at the top, six clips and four stepped bolts at the bottom and one self-tapping screw on each side).
