2009 Mazda RX-8 Owner Manual – Maintenance Schedule
The 2009 Mazda RX-8 comes in Sport, Touring, Grand Touring, and R3. It has either a 232-hp 1.3-liter rotary engine with a 6-speed manual transmission, or a 212-hp 1.3-liter rotary engine with a 6-speed automatic. The six-speed automatic comes with steering-wheel mounted paddle shifters for sequential sport shifting. Standard safety features include front and side-impact airbags for the front occupants, curtain airbags front and rear, four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, stability control with traction control and tire pressure monitoring.
