The Honda GX240 is driven by 242cc, air-cooled, 4-Stroke, OHV, single cylinder engine, combined with transistorized magneto ignition system, electric starter and horizontal type butterfly valve carburetor, the GX240 generates 5.3kW (7.1HP) net horse power output at 3,600 rpm and 15.3 Nm (11.3 lbs ft) net torque at 2,500 rpm. The GX240 is applicable in cement mixers and trowels, air compressors, water pumps, agricultural equipment, blowers/vacuums, pressure washers, generators, Go-Karts, concrete saws, chippers/shredders, and many other construction applications.
