My son tried to open my HTC Tattoo using the wrong patterns more than three times and it blocked so i dont know how to unblock it.

Hi my daughter used the wrong pattern many times and now the phone is blocked and it ascked for google account I typed them in username and password but it shows wrong password or usserid. Can you please help me realease it

If you forgot your Google Account password, you can retrieve it by doing the following:
1. On your computer, open your browser and go to http://google.com/accounts.
2. On the right side of the page, click I cannot access my account.
3. In the Please select your issue section, select I forgot my password.
4. Click Reset your password now, and then follow the procedure on how to recover your password.

My HTC Tattoo doesn’t want to go off. Anytime it’s on, the Phone options keeps on popping up and Secondly, it can’t be turned off completely has it used to.
