The following manual discussing air conditioning system on automotive unit. The primary sources of automotive heat come from direct sunlight and engine heat. But there are many factors which contribute to the work load of an air conditioning system. Automotive air conditioning systems absorb heat from inside the passenger compartment, then transfer that heat to the outside air. There are five basic components in an automotive air conditioning system which are evaporator, compressor, condenser, receiver/drier and expansion valve. These devices carry and control the refrigerant throughout the system.
