The Mazda 5 is a cross-over six-passenger vehicle driven by a 157-horsepower, 2.3-liter inline four-cylinder. A five-speed manual transmission is standard, a four-speed automatic optional. It comes in Sport, Touring and new Grand Touring trim levels. A sunroof is available for Sport, standard otherwise. Grand Touring adds leather upholstery, heated front seats, and xenon headlamps. Safety features include the required dual-action frontal airbags, plus front seat-mounted side-impact airbags, and side air curtains for all three rows of seats.
