Owner and Service Manual Review

The following workshop and service manual applies for Honda CB100, CB125, CL100, SL100, CD125, and SL125 motorcycle models. In this manual you will find detail information about the motorcycles technical specification, features, procedures of maintenance and repair. This workshop manual is divided into five sections with respective sections being further divided into disassembly, adjustment, and repair.

Section one, procedures of performing work, contains information about special tools needed to perform the work. Section two, Maintenance Operation, is divided into 15 sub sections which cover discussion on carburetor adjustment, brake point and ignition timing adjustment, clutch adjustment, engine oil, brake, fuel system, battery and drive chain system. Section three, Engine, provides information on engine removal and installation, cylinder head and piston repair, valve removal, etc. Section four, chassis, describes the work procedures for front and rear brake and wheel, steering and suspension, also frame body. Section five, Electrical; discuss detail electrical system of the motorcycle which consists of generating system, charging system, ignition system, battery and auxiliary electrical equipment.
